Kijong-Dong, The Fake Village is built to intimidate South Koreans to let them believe that life is better at this end.

Kim Jong-un became the leader of North Korea after the sudden death of his father (Kim Jong-il) in December 2011. His Uncle, Jang Sung, was executed as a traitor in 2014. He was even removed from all the photos of official events and documentaries. He also gave orders to execute his Vice Minister, Kim Choi with an anti-aircraft gun in 2012, and his ex-girlfriend in 2013.

They do have a six day work week, but there is also an additional day of enforced ‘volunteer.

19- The Average Salary of Workers in North Korea is less than $100.

It actually ranges between $50-$70. Foreign-invested companies pay local employees less than the U.S. $70.35 monthly minimum wage paid to the thousands of North Koreans who work at the Kaesong Industrial Complex.

The country receives approximately 6000 foreign visitors every year, they are made to say at one place, Yanggakdo International Hotel located on an island within the city of Pyongyang, Countries’ only best city.
