LHC reinstates Parvez Elahi as Punjab CM on

 

The Lahore High Court (LHC) Friday reinstated Parvez Elahi as Punjab Chief Minister after the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader signed an undertaking that he will not dissolve the assembly after reinstatement.

The high court also restored the cabinet which was dissolved last night after Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman identified Elahi as the chief minister.
